Carol Gerber Allred, Ph.D., President

Carol Gerber Allred is the Developer of the Positive Action program and President of Positive Action, Inc. She has a Ph.D. and M.Ed. in Educational Administration and a B.A. in English and Psychology. She is a national and international expert in prevention, behavior, self-esteem, academics and character development for individuals, schools, families, and communities. She has presented and trained Positive Action worldwide. She began developing the Positive Action program in 1977 that now consists of: a K-12 curriculum, site-wide climate development, drug education, conflict resolution, family, counselor, and community components.

Alex Allred, Vice President of Operations

Alex Allred has been with Positive Action, Inc. for 10 years. He has a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon; he oversees management of company infrastructure facilities, technology as well as production functions.

Brad Allred, Vice President of Development

Brad Allred has a B.S. in Business from Westminster College and has served as vice-president of development in the company since 2002. He directs the Corvallis, OR office and is concurrently enrolled in the M.B.A. program at Oregon State University.
