Multiple Intelligences

Multiple Intelligences

The Positive Action program works for Multiple Intelligences, covering the physical, intellectual, and social/emotional areas of learning. Therefore, all learning styles are addressed. The program curriculum uses a variety of teaching strategies and methodologies, providing teachers with a wide range of instructional tools.

The large selection of curriculum activities and materials includes stories, games, dramas, class discussion, manipulatives, age-appropriate puppets, art projects, songs, posters, and many others. There are appropriate activities for every teacher and student need. The Positive Action school-climate program reinforces and builds on the classroom curriculum through many kinds of experiential activities. Students of differing interests and abilities come together for assemblies, celebrations, and other all-school functions.

The intelligence of each and every student is recognized and developed through this integrated approach.
