The flexibility of the kits allow educators to customize their offering to any setting while still meeting fidelity requirements. While the Teacher-centric approach is effective, the increase in demands and responsibilities imposed on Teachers has made it challenging to accommodate Positive Action lessons and other important curricula.
An alternative implementation method has a dedicated Positive Action Teacher entering the classroom to teach Positive Action lessons at a specified time. Another approach has educational providers teaching Positive Action in alternative settings like after-school and Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs. Positive Action can also be used in intervention settings, such as counseling and detention centers.
