Discounts are available for bulk orders. To facilitate district or group purchases, you may enter multiple shipping addresses at checkout. If your facility accepts freight deliveries, your order may qualify for reduced shipping charges. Please contact us for details.
Credit cards, checks and purchase orders are accepted. Credit card transactions will be authorized for the amount of the order but will not be charged until the order has shipped.
Please submit purchase orders via fax, mail or email. Checks must be submitted before the order will be processed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Most items are available for immediate shipment. Some specialty items and Spanish items will take longer to process. We will notify you if any products are delayed. Rush service is available for a fee, please contact us for details. Rush service is generally not available in August or September.
$50 is the minimum order amount.
Products may be exchanged within the first 30 days from the shipping date if the materials are in their original condition. There is a 15% restocking fee due at the time of the exchange. Original shipping and handling is nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways for the exchange. Please contact us to initiate a one-time exchange.
Positive Action, Inc. reserves the right to refuse delivery of exchanges not meeting these conditions.
All sales are final, there are no refunds.
While Positive Action takes great care in protecting kits in the shipping process, some items may be damaged in transit. Positive Action will ship replacement materials at no cost. If you declare a Manual damaged, please be ready to provide evidence of the damage. We may also require that the damaged materials be returned to us. In this case, we would instruct a carrier to pick-up the materials from your location at no cost.
Shipping rates are based on transportation type, destination zone and region. Shipping rates range from 7% for U.S. ground freight delivery to 30% for air freight to isolated locations outside of the U.S. Please use the shipping estimate tool to determine shipping charges for your location, which is located in the Order section of the Catalog.
Freight delivery is only available on larger orders and is more affordable than traditional carriers. Customers may select the freight option ONLY if they have a warehouse or other facility that can accept freight deliveries.
A forklift must be available to remove pallets from the truck. If you select the freight option and a forklift is not available, you will be responsible for additional shipping and handling charges.
