An agreed upon timeline and schedule should be jointly determined and followed.
A project coordinator and representative coordinating committee should be created. This ensures that the implementation is properly coordinated.
Determine if self-training is sufficient or if professional training is needed. Schedule the training and inform all the affected staff.
